Frank Curry
President, Kforce Global Solutions


Frank Curry serves as the President of Kforce Global Solutions, joining Kforce on June 1, 2007.  Prior to joining Kforce Global, Frank was most recently the Practice Director for Technical Infrastructure with Avanade Canada (Technology delivery firm jointly owned by Accenture and Microsoft). The Technical Infrastructure practice is responsible for delivery of leading edge solutions and approaches focused on Technical Infrastructure within the Microsoft environment. Frank led and developed the TI practice, and market relevant offerings. Frank was also responsible for the Infrastructure Optimization Initiative with Avanade, and developed the offering including the various value propositions working with Microsoft to align to the IO initiative then in focus within Microsoft Canada. During the time Frank led TI Canada he authored a number of articles on security, Lotus Notes to Microsoft migration, and Infrastructure which have been published in Computing Canada and the national newspaper The Globe and Mail.


Prior to joining Avanade Frank was with Accenture for 14 years. Frank was the lead of the North American Network Technologies group within Global Architecture and Core Technologies. The GACT group is charged with providing leading edge experience in infrastructure within the firm, concentrating on key delivery areas including Network Technologies, Security, and Operations management to projects and clients. The group Frank led was comprised of over 100 deep skilled network professionals who work with Accenture clients across all industries, around the world. In addition to those responsibilities, Frank was the Lead of the Server and Infrastructure Rationalization capability with Accenture, responsible for development and delivery of industry leading practices of Infrastructure rationalization and cost optimization.


Mr. Curry has over 20 years consulting experience in Information systems, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in Information Systems from St Francis Xavier University.

 

Angel Romualdez
Senior Vice President, General Manger Asia Operations


Mr. Angel Romualdez acted as General Manager for Southeast Asia Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Inc. (PCCI) from 1996 to 2006. In 2006 the company became Kforce Global Solutions and Mr. Romualdez has been the Senior Vice-President and General Manager for Asia Operations since that time.


Prior to 1996, he was the Managing Director of TSP Consultants, Inc., his own company operating in Manila that provided manpower to PCCI from the Philippines. This was started in 1986 and resulted in bringing over 1,000 IT professionals into the United States under the H1 visa program.


From 1982 to 1986, Mr. Romualdez was Managing Director of DBP (Development Bank of the Philippines) Data Center, which he established for the bank in 1982 as a Consultant to the DBP Chairman.


Prior to that, Mr. Romualdez served as President of AIG Manila Data Center, a subsidiary which he helped organize in 1981 to service the IT needs of all AIG companies in the Philippines. Previously, he had joined Philamlife (the Life insurance company of AIG operating in Manila) in 1972 as Senior Systems Analyst.  He moved up to AVP for Development Projects in 1977 and became its Vice-President for IT in 1979.


From 1967 to 1972, Mr. Romualdez was a System Analyst/Programmer for the United Nations (International Computer Center) in New York.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in 1965.

 

Anton “Tony” Hartman
Vice President, Delivery and Technical Solutions


Mr. Hartman serves as Vice President, Delivery and Technical Solutions, joining Kforce in October, 2007.  He is responsible for management and oversight of solution and service delivery, technical projects, and strategic technical innovation efforts.   He brings over 18 years of systems engineering, security engineering, and technical leadership experience from within the Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, and commercial organizations to the Kforce Global team.


Prior to joining Kforce Global Solutions, Mr. Hartman held Sr. Engineering and Leadership positions at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC),  where he directed Systems Engineering and Information System Security teams in providing comprehensive IT solutions and services for the Department of Defense.  Mr. Hartman was responsible for program management and oversight of multi-million dollar government contracts to include fiscal oversight, service performance metrics, and delivery excellence.
 
Prior to SAIC, Mr. Hartman served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and held numerous leadership positions providing military intelligence and information technology leadership to operational commanders and forces.  He led engineering teams in systems architecture, security, and design projects supporting the deployment of global information systems, secure networks, and advanced technologies.


Mr. Hartman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry, Phoenix and holds several Information Technology certifications to include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).  Mr. Hartman continues to serve as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
