Given the increasing volume of its recruitment services, the Boston office of a national professional staffing firm wanted to offload the work involved in searching for resumes that match client-defined job requirements within a desired turnaround time.
Solution
A Manila-based resource searches for candidate resumes from selected U.S. Job Search Engines to identify those that closely match the given job requirements then posts these resumes to a repository accessible to client recruiters based in the U.S. Since Manila is 12 hours ahead of the U.S., the resumes become available to the client recruiters at start of day saving them several hours of search time daily
