Business Objective 

A major global risk management and insurance intermediary outsourced the enhancement and production support for its mission-critical applications.

Solution
 
For the application enhancement, we perform program development and unit testing.  We also provide support during User Acceptance Testing and production support upon implementation of turned-over work products.  For application development, we are involved in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, construction, testing and deployment.

Technical Environment
 
A mix of Microsoft technologies, mainframe / DB2, IBM, DEC/VMS and Oracle.  Applications are written in any of the following: VB.net, ASP.net, Sharepoint, Visual Basic, MS Access, Lotus Notes, Cobol / CICS, PL/1 or Java.
