Business Objective
 
A major investment bank needed to outsource the maintenance and enhancements of its Cash Sub Ledger and Treasury Reconciliation Application Systems, as well as production support for these systems.

Solution
 
We provided project management support, both onsite and offshore, for the application, including all maintenance/enhancement work and production support on a 24x7 basis.  In addition, we participated in full Books & Records User Acceptance tests to verify new payment flows from the upstream applications to the company ledgers.

Technical Environment
 
The UNIX applications are written in C++ and used Sybase database.
