Business Objective
 
A major investment bank wanted to outsource maintenance, enhancement and production support for its Treasury Application System.

Solution
 
We assumed project management responsibility for the applications and performed all maintenance/enhancement work, including provision of production support on a 24x7 basis.  The team was deployed in multiple locations (Manila, Tokyo and London) to provide round-the-clock coverage for the system.

Technical Environment
 
The organization used an IBM mainframe application written in COBOL, DB2, IDMS, and CICS.
