A major investment bank needed outsourcing support to maintain and enhance its Open Image Application system, including re-engineering of the system and conversion to Document Image Processor software.

Solution
 
We provide the onsite and outsourced staff necessary to maintain and enhance the system, as well as provide production support on a 24x7 basis.

Technical Environment
 
The application is written in C-Shell in a UNIX environment utilizing Sybase databases and interfaces with the mainframe Account Master Application System.  The system uses a software product to scan, index and archive document images.
