Tara Cannella
Director of Finance and Accounting

Ms. Tara Cannella is the Director of Finance and Accounting Operations, responsible for leading Kforce Global Solution’s finance organization, which includes the corporate controllership, treasury, tax, corporate transaction services, client & corporate finance, finance operations and strategic planning and analysis functions between the parent company and Global business units.    

Prior to Kforce Global Solutions, she was accountable for all analysis associated with Business Process Improvement Projects within Kforce Professional Staffing’s BPMD group; including but not limited to ROI analysis, headcount modeling, and general process reengineering.  Prior to Kforce, Ms. Cannella began her career with Bank of America as a business banker and trust officer.  She served in several capacities at Z-Tel Technologies, a CLEC startup including manager of financial analysis, telecom taxation SME, product management, and business analysis; in this capacity she handled financial analysis for partners such as Sprint and Verizon.  She served as a financial manager for WebMD, responsible for revenue reconciliation, and bad debt reserve calculations for multiple business units, including CFO appointed backup for multiple financial functions. 

Ms. Cannella earned a B.S. in Finance and a M.B.A. concentration in management and information technology from the University of South Florida.
