Ms. Jocelyn Cariaga, Vice President and Managing Director is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, including HR, Accounting, Administration and Technical Operations of the Manila facility of Kforce Global Solutions.  She also leads local business development efforts and the pursuit of strategic alliance partnerships.   

Ms. Cariaga has extensive local and international management consulting experience in the areas of systems design and implementation, business process reengineering, change management, and new business operations set up. 

Prior to joining Provident, Ms. Cariaga spent 18 years with Accenture, inclusive of the years with Andersen Consulting. At Accenture's Manila Office, she was in charge of the SAP Line of Business and was responsible for growing and managing its Energy/Oil & Gas Industry Sector.  She also completed significant consulting engagements with clients in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and eCommerce industries.

Ms. Cariaga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
