Frank Curry
Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Curry was most recently the Practice Director for Technical Infrastructure with Avanade Canada. The Technical Infrastructure practice is responsible for delivery of leading edge solutions and approaches focused on Technical Infrastructure within the Microsoft environment. Frank was hired to lead and develop the TI practice, and to develop market relevant offerings. Frank led Infrastructure projects at a number of clients, and has defined the business plans and strategies for the Infrastructure practice across Canada. Frank has also focused on Lotus Notes to Microsoft offering within Avanade and has launched a number of assessments and migrations. Frank is also responsible for the Infrastructure Optimization Initiative with Avanade, and has developed the offering including the various value propositions working with Microsoft to align to the IO initiative currently in focus within Microsoft Canada. Over the past 2 years Frank has authored a number of articles on security, Lotus Notes to Microsoft migration and Infrastructure which have been published in Computing Canada and the national newspaper The Globe and Mail. 

Prior to joining Avanade Frank Curry was with Accenture for 12 years. Frank was the Partner lead of the North American Network Technologies group within Global Architecture and Core Technologies. The GACT group is charged with providing leading edge experience in infrastructure within the firm, concentrating on key delivery areas including Network Technologies, Security and Operations management to projects and clients. The group Frank  led was comprised of over 100 deep skilled network professionals who work with Accenture clients across all industries, around the world. In addition to those responsibilities Frank was the North American Lead of the Server and Infrastructure Rationalization capability with Accenture, responsible for development and delivery of industry leading practices of Infrastructure rationalization and cost optimization.

Mr. Curry has over 20 years consulting experience in Information systems, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in Information Systems from St Francis Xavier University.
