Bill Intille  
Director of Human Resources and Global Talent

Mr. William Intille is the Director of Human Resources and Talent, responsible for leading Kforce Global Solution’s manpower and personnel programs, which includes corporate benefits plans, manpower infrastructure for both on shore and off shore offices, corporate bonus and incentive plans, and career advancement and training programs.     

Prior to Kforce Global Solutions, he spent 21 years as a Surface Warfare officer in the United States Navy where he served in numerous dynamic leadership positions with experience in strategic planning, solution development, teambuilding, and manpower management and analysis. With over 11 years at sea, he directly managed manning levels and personnel and training requirements for some of the Navy’s most advanced warships. 

While serving at United States Central Command he was the sole conduit to the Navy for all manpower planning, personnel augmentation, and reserve mobilization and demobilization issues, planning and executing a $1.3M Reserve Personnel Management budget annually. He also served in the Pentagon as direct liaison between the Director of Naval Reserve and professional organizations that champion military manpower issues on Capital Hill, answering inquiries from congressional staffs and serving as reserve force advocate during fleet level force structure discussions.

Mr. Intille holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with dual majors in History & Political Science, from Arkansas Tech University
